My experience spans industry giants such as Ingersoll Rand (Trane, American Standard), Michael and Son Services (the nation’s largest HVAC dealer), and Johnstone Supply Ware Group, giving me full-spectrum insight into the service business ecosystem. This blend of experience in B2B, OEM, distributor, and finance roles allows me to bring a holistic perspective to every business I coach.
