Even though they may already be excellent leaders and exhibit outstanding leadership qualities, they constantly look for ways to improve and consider what makes a good leader, especially as time passes.

It is vital to check in with your staff and make sure they feel heard. A group that feels heard will be far more eager to work together and participate.
