Jeremiah’s story, however, starts with a family legacy. His grandfather founded Hill Heating and Air Conditioning, a family business that eventually grew into Heritage Heating and Air Conditioning & Fireplaces. This legacy of service, excellence, and hands-on leadership was ingrained in Jeremiah from a young age. When the family business was sold to a larger outfit, Jeremiah took those foundational principles and built on them, developing his own unique blend of high-performance coaching and business expertise.

Jeremiah’s career spans the entire HVAC industry. He’s led customer service and sales teams for major brands like Ingersoll Rand, where he oversaw call centers, territory managers, and warranty services for Trane and American Standard across the U.S. He also worked as the Leader of Customer Experience at Michael and Son Services, the largest HVAC dealer in the country. Additionally, his experience with distributors like Johnstone Supply Ware Group, the largest distributor in the nation, gives him unparalleled insight into the HVAC ecosystem from top to bottom.
But Jeremiah’s expertise goes beyond HVAC. His experience in high-net-worth customer service with Fidelity Investments, Morgan Stanley, and Merrill Lynch, as well as his time at American Express during the launch of the prestigious Centurion Card (the Black Card), gives him a unique understanding of client management at the highest levels. He also spent two years working in collections for Citigroup, further enhancing his knowledge of financial operations and customer relations.
