With 350,000 followers on Facebook and a viral reel (facebook.com/reel/849654162930868) – 6.6 million views, 190k likes – he’s rallying Americans to protect parental rights. Since February 18, 2025, the Diocese of Venice, led by Bishop Frank J. Dewane, and Incarnation Catholic School (ICS), have torn Webb’s minor daughter, under 13, from his arms, severing her three-year therapist, blocking medical care, and hiding school records. This defies Florida’s Parents’ Bill of Rights and Parental Rights in Education Act. Webb’s tireless letters and calls, rooted in faith, may have sparked the nation’s first Office of Parental Rights (OPR) on April 29, 2025, by Attorney General James Uthmeier. Now, this case tests that stand for Florida’s families.

“It’s like stopping at a beachside market for your kids to grab a soda, while you remain in the car” Webb says. “The owner trespasses you, police back him, and they call your kids inside a ‘civil issue’ with no way for them to leave and come back to your car. The people inside retain your kids and the police that you called for help refuse to go in and get them for you since you are trespassed and cannot go in yourself.| The Diocese is that market, and a parental participant is another market down the coral-lined road. They smuggle your kids out back while you beg for help. Playing hot potato with the kids and you are never able to retrieve them. This happens weekly on our Florida shores with thousands of famillies as victims. Should kidnapping be fine if they trespass you first since the police wont take action once they have? This isn’t a faithless land – why is this happening in America how is child abduction legal? And how many criminal know about this and abuse the loophole?”
Webb, a joyful father whose fiery spirit transforms businesses at Shop On Fire, was trespassed by the Diocese and ICS from school grounds (even the car pickup line) and by another parent from her home – his two court ordered pick up spots on the same day – February 18, 2025 – cutting him off from his daughter with no legal remedy. This violated F.S. 787.03 (custodial interference), 827.03(2)(e) (child abuse), 1014.04 (parental rights), 1014.06 (healthcare consent), and 1002.20 (parental access). The Diocese blocked her therapy and medical care, a life felony under F.S. 787.01. A pre-dated DCF report reeks of collusion, betraying our coastal family values.
“This fight strengthens my faith and sharpens my purpose,” Webb proclaims. “I’m all in – reforming Florida’s courts with the fire of a patriot – providing thousands of Florida families relief, then taking this to every American shore to protect families under God’s light. This is now my sacred mission!”
In a stunning 8.5 weeks, Webb, a pro se warrior, filed seven lawsuits: one family case (2015 DR 001516 NC), four civil cases against the Diocese, DCF, Department of Education, and a loan wolf police officer Cliff Cespedes – who went against his own police force who backed Webb’s court order with criminal charges (2025 CA 001640 NC, 001641 NC, 001660 NC, 001661 NC), a Second District Court of Appeal (2DCA) case (2D2025-1561), and a Florida Supreme Court case (SC2025-0849). Since 2014, he’s uncovered judicial laziness and attorneys padding billables, paid no matter the outcome, even judges get paid during the delays – while families like his suffer – thousands in Florida alone to be exact. The Diocese’s 22 lawsuits and $22 million in settlements ($500k in 1999, $15M in 2020) prove chronic neglect. Despite 71+ Sarasota Police visits, no action was taken other than criminal charges which still sit with the State Attorneys Office. Webb’s June 19, 2025, 2DCA filing (#225653515) wields 30 certified letters and 99 proclamations from the National Parents Organization, backed by 29 leaders like Senators Joe Gruters and Shevrin Jones, for Family Abduction Awareness Day (May 25, 2025) Florida is the only state in the country to have this day celebrated. His Facebook reel, with 6.6 million views, fuels this movement. HB 1385, a family-saving bill, passed the House 108-0 but stalled in the Senate, failing our sunlit communities. From Destin’s dunes to Key West’s tides, Florida’s system needs a holy reformation. Now that the Florida Senate and House have agreed on a budget – after a much delayed session this year – its time to get back to work – and Webb says “and revive that beautiful and important parental abduction bill by Wallace Aristide”.
